The problem it fixes
The terms of your marriage were written by your state, they're often decades out of date, and they do surprising things — support that stops at eighteen no matter what college costs, separate property that quietly becomes shared, defaults that assume a family structure very few people actually have. We plan our estates with trusts and lawyers, then leave the marriage itself to whatever the legislature decided.
Pact starts by showing a couple, plainly, what their state's defaults say right now — then helps them write down what they've actually decided.

What doesn't, yet
Custody and child support can't be set here. Full financial disclosure is required. Everything produced is watermarked DRAFT and nothing here is signable. Pact is document preparation and education — not a law firm, and not legal advice. Whether a college-contribution clause holds up varies by state and is still under review with counsel.
