Laxperts
Hiring a coach for your kid shouldn't depend on knowing the right parent.

Real trainers. Real progress.
The problem it fixes
Private coaching runs on word of mouth and closed team networks. If you're inside one, you get a name. If you're not — new to the area, new to the sport, or just not on that group text — you take whoever you can find, at whatever they ask, with nothing to check.
Laxperts turns that back into a search: real trainers near you, with credentials you can read before you hand over a Saturday morning.
How it works
Search near you
Filter by skill, position, the age you're coaching, price, and whether they're taking new athletes.
Read the profile
Background and credentials, what they actually coach, availability, and what other parents said.
Book the time
Pick a slot, say who's training and where, and pay for that session — no membership, no package you didn't ask for.
Where it stands today
What works
The full marketplace is built and working: search with live filters, trainer profiles, a four-step booking flow, a parent dashboard for upcoming and past sessions, and an application for coaches who want to join.
What doesn't, yet
It runs on sample trainers. Nobody has been background-checked yet, no session can actually be booked, and no money moves. Vetting is the part that has to be real before this opens, and it isn't real yet.
Who it needs now
Every venture here is meant to be founded and run by real, verified people. These are the ones Laxperts is waiting on.
Lacrosse coaches
Be one of the first real profiles — and tell us what a platform would have to do before you'd put your name and your calendar on it.
Parents
Walk through it and tell us what you'd want checked before trusting a stranger with your kid.
Someone to run it
This is meant to be founded and run by a real person who knows the sport. That person isn't hired yet.
Laxperts is an early-stage venture in active development, and a program of Diversify All, Inc., a 501(c)(3) public charity working toward an economy that connects humans to humans.
